Veronica Nicacio is currently training for the 2024 Paris Olympics
"It's always been a dream of mine, when I first started I knew I had a long way to go," Nicacio said. "I still have much to improve on but am grateful for the opportunity and chance to perform at a higher competitive level. I'm also grateful for my family, friends and community for giving me the love and support to get me where I'm at now."

After a meticulous grant application process, and a thorough analysis of all candidates who applied for an Erg Ed grant this year, we are pleased to announce new partnerships with the Cherokee County School District and Allatoona Rowing Association in Cherokee County, GA and School District 65 and North Channel Community Rowing in Evanston, IL. These awardees' community programs are creating more access to and forging a viable path for young people to experience the life-changing sport of rowing!

The George Pocock Rowing Foundation Announces Launch Of The Pocock Rowing Club, A New Independent Adult Focused Rowing Organization
The George Pocock Rowing Foundation (“GPRF”) launches a new independent organization focused on creating rowing opportunities for Adult Rowers, Pocock Rowing Club (“PRC”), located at the George Pocock Memorial Rowing Center (“GPMRC”). Rachel Le Mieux named the new club’s initial Executive Director.
The GPRF partners with Concept2 to grow and diversify the sport of rowing in communities across the U.S.
