The George Pocock Rowing Foundation breaks barriers to increase participation and diversity in our sport in service of fair and equitable play. We believe that every young person deserves the opportunity to row and benefit from the life lessons rowing teaches us.

We believe that community makes us stronger. We care about the well-being, safety and success of our rowing family, which connects us to each other and to something greater than ourselves.
LEADERSHIP
Through honoring the Pocock legacy as leaders in our sport, the George Pocock Rowing Foundation works to inspire, incubate, and encourage innovation. We house new ways of thinking and provide leadership in an effort to make our sport better in every way.
